Unless you have incorporated Yoga or Pilates into your regular workout or dance practice routine it's easy to bypass appropriate stretching.
This is by far the easiest hamstring you will ever do. It's not necessarily new but it's a great reminder to just take a few minutes to breathe, relax and let your hamstrings lengthen with minimal effort.
