Smooth Move...Easiest Hamstring Stretch Ever

Unless you have incorporated Yoga or Pilates into your regular workout or dance practice routine it's easy to bypass appropriate stretching. 

This is by far the easiest hamstring you will ever do. It's not necessarily new but it's a great reminder to just take a few minutes to breathe, relax and let your hamstrings lengthen with minimal effort.

  1. Thanks for sharing. The dog running in and out to play fetch was hilarious.

    I watched it with the sound off so I don't know if he mentioned this, but using a yoga strap can help if its difficult to keep your leg straight.
