Rethinking [Bull in a China Shop]

We've all had them. Those days where everything is a little off. Maybe we didn't get enough sleep, maybe we're hormonal. Maybe we're distracted.
Our compass just isn't working. Stubbing  our toes, spilling our coffee, miscalculating distances of the walls we walk by every day..."Hey who put that there?"
Or even worse, what about when our klutziness follows us into dance class! Oy vey, what was easy yesterday is out reach today, muscles aren't listening!. Why did I even bother coming to class today?!

Deep breaths. Inhale...exhale...inhale...exhale. Relax. Soften your jaw.
I know you've heard this before but you probably aren't doing as bad as you think you are. If you're feeling a little like 'bull in a china shop' this quick video clip might help open your eyes:

So next time you're having one of 'those days' just remember it's probably not as severe as you're imagining it to be. You may even be lookin' pretty good. And like most of us you'll probably be wishing you looked like a bull in a china shop. So chin up, and please remember to be kind to yourself. You graceful little bull you.
